Your Website doesn't sell.

Read or remain broke.

Your website doesn’t sell.

Why?

Professionalism.

It looks like someone put it together in 10 minutes.

(properly is no offense)

But I got you.

Here's a proper guide to how to ACTUALLY brand your service:

Includes Example.

Part 3.

People simply wouldn’t buy from websites that lack professionalism.

What does that mean?

It looks homemade.

→ Less incentive to trust your service

You are missing out on a whole money funnel.

So let’s fix this hot mess🔥:

1. Whitespaces

I mentioned this before and I’ll say it again.

Have some empty spaces.

Leave some space for people to breathe.

“But I want to show them before they leave..”

See?

You already assume they will leave.

People stay on longer if they are having fun.

  • Fun in interacting with design

  • Fun in reading the copywrite

How to fix?

  • Prioritize the most important info

  • Make the rest optional (if they want to, they’d scroll)

Focus your time on prioritizing content.

Not overloading everyone with information.

Example: apple.com

2. Content Hierarchy

Speaking about content.

The first impression of your website should be welcoming.

So keep it short.

Either a one-liner or your brand’s slogan.

Don’t make your personal story the first thing we see.

We find no value in it.

How to fix it?

Make those long paragraphs optional.

If they want to find out, they’ll scroll to continue.

3. Call-to-Action

“Mike this is so common, how is this a tip?”

I get that everyone knows the importance of CTA.

Most websites do contain it.

But one big mistake that I see everyone make:

CTA doesn’t stand out.

People wouldn’t even notice this.

How to fix?

  • Make it a contrasting color.

  • Position it well.

Don’t overcomplicate this.

The simpler the better.
